<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in binding a sheet by using a piece.SOLUTION: The binding device comprises: a handle 12; and a punching blade 44 for binding by winding a piece 2 to a sheet bundle 1. According to operation of the handle 12, the sheet bundle 1 moves to a position of the punching blade 44. The sheet bundle 1 moves to a binding position by being held by a holding body 14. The punching blade 44 penetrates the sheet bundle 1 and makes a free end of the piece 2 insert into the sheet bundle 1 during return operation.</p> |
