<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a hard coat film excellent in terms of transparency, hardness, and adhesiveness between a hard coat layer and a film base.SOLUTION: The first solution 31 includes a curable compound but includes no cellulose acylate. The second solution 32 includes a cellulose acylate but includes no curable compound. A flow-cast film 41 is formed by co-flow-casting the first solution 31 and second solution 32. A flow-cast film 41 wherein the ratio of the sum of the respective masses of a first solvent and a second solvent with respect to the mass of a dry film obtained by drying the flow-cast film 41 is 100% or higher is irradiated with ultraviolet rays emitted from a precuring apparatus 48. The flow-cast film 41 having passed through the precuring apparatus 48 is dried so as to confer thereon self-sufficiency and then peeled off a drum 46. A dry film 51 is obtained by drying the wet film 42 formed as a result of peeling, and the dry film 51 is then irradiated with ultraviolet rays emitted from a film curing apparatus 37 so as to cure the curable compound therein.</p> |
