This vehicle body front portion structure is provided with a member provided longitudinally at a side section of the vehicle body, and a power train disposed on the inner side of the vehicle body relative to the member and fixed to the front portion of the vehicle body. The vehicle body front portion structure is also provided with a load transmission member which is provided to the member, adapted to receive a collision load caused by an obstacle from the front of the vehicle body and come into contact with one lateral end part of the power train, and transmit the load from the obstacle to the power train in a state of being sandwiched between the power train and the obstacle. |
