PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixture slurry excellent in coating aptitude while using a fine particle active material, and a method for manufacturing a battery with reduced electrode internal resistance.SOLUTION: A method for producing a mixture slurry for a secondary battery electrode includes a first step of dispersing an active material into a solvent, and a second step of adding a conductive carbon material to be mixed and kneaded or dispersed. The method also includes adding a binder simultaneously with the conductive carbon material in the second step or a third step of, subsequent to the second step, adding a binder to be mixed/dissolved and kneaded or dispersed. By the method, a mixture slurry excellent in battery performance can be obtained.
