PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the degradation of image quality due to optical crosstalk caused by microlenses of focus detection pixels arranged in an imaging device.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: an imaging device in which partial pixels of a plurality of imaging pixels are replaced with focus detection pixels; a comparison unit which compares outputs of imaging pixels which are adjacent to the focus detection pixels and are a plurality of correction objects, with outputs of a plurality of imaging pixels for reference which are arranged in the vicinity of the plurality of imaging pixels adjacent to the focus detection pixels and have the same colors as those of the plurality of imaging pixels; and a correction unit which executes correction processing of outputs of the imaging pixels being the plurality of correction objects, in accordance with comparison results of the comparison unit. |
