PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen analyzer management system capable of effectively and appropriately maintaining a specimen analyzer according to tasks and skills of a person in charge of the specimen analyzer, and a management device for the specimen analyzer, and a computer program.SOLUTION: When abnormality occurs on a specimen analyzer 11, abnormality related information is transmitted from the specimen analyzer 11 to a management server 31. When it is necessary to inquire whether to make a contact to a person in charge of the specimen analyzer 11, the management server 31 transmits inquiry information on whether to make a contact to a portable information terminal 41 of the person in charge. The person in charge inputs a response showing whether to make a contact to the portable information terminal 41, and response information is transmitted to the management server 31. The management server 31 causes a management client 32 to display a screen according to the response information. |
