<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which an access terminal can use a circuit-switched system resource even when a network does not support a CS fallback or rejects a CS fallback request.SOLUTION: An access terminal is configured to select a system resource of a first set and communicate a message for acquiring an access to the system resource of the first set. The message conceals that the access terminal can communicate with a system resource of a second set. The system resource of the first set includes a circuit-switched system resource, and the system resource of the second set includes a packet-switched system resource. The access terminal conceals from the network that operation using the packet-switched system resource can be performed in order to acquire and/or maintain connection mode access to the circuit-switched system resource.</p> |
