This connector (10) is equipped with a device-side connector (30) and a wire-side connector (11). The device-side connector (30) is provided with a device-side hood section group (35) formed by stacking a plurality of device-side hood sections (36) having an opening section (36C) on the front side thereof in the mating direction, and the wire-side connector (11) is provided with wire-side terminals (17), terminal housing sections (20), and a housing case (12) holding the terminal housing sections (20) in a manner movable in a perpendicular direction to the mating direction.
