<p>A sheath (6) is used in intrapelvic organ treatment in an assembly state of being assembled by inserting an insertion needle (31) into the sheath (6), said insertion needle (31) having an elongated shape and a curved part wherein at least a portion thereof in the lengthwise direction is curved. In addition, the sheath (6) comprises: a tube main body (30), having a tube shape, which is inserted into a body from a leading end side, and which is retained within the body in a state of the leading end part and a base end part being exposed externally to the body; and a reverse prevention mechanism (4) which exhibits a reverse prevention function which prevents the tube main body (30) from reversing in the opposite direction to the insertion direction thereof.</p> |
