PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for prevention and treatment of near-sightedness and fatigue.SOLUTION: An electronic image shown on a display can be shifted to the left for the observation of a left eye, and shifted to the right for the observation of a right eye. A left eye shutter can be positioned over the left eye, and a right eye shutter can be positioned over the right eye. The left eye shutter can be opened when the image shown on the display is shifted to the left, and the right eye shutter can be opened when the image shown on the display is shifted to the right. Each eye can observe the image without causing substantial congestion. In addition to the reduction of the congestion, an embodiment of the present invention is capable of reducing a long-term ciliary muscle spasm that can cause pseudo-near-sightedness, and reducing the onset and gravity of near-sightedness such as developmental near-sightedness. |
