MEMBER HAVING HIGH-DIFFUSE-REFLECTANCE ENAMEL LAYER AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member having an enamel layer excellent in high diffuse reflectance and its production method.SOLUTION: A member includes a substrate and an enamel layer on the substrate, and the enamel layer consists of at least a first enamel layer and a second enamel layer on the first enamel layer. The first enamel layer contains Al and/or Zr, has a refractive index higher than 1.7 and equal to or lower than 2.5 and an average particle size of 0.4-5μm and also includes white inorganic oxide particles and a glassy ingredient. The second enamel layer contains particles of zirconium silicate of particle sizes of 0.3μm or smaller, similar particles of a white inorganic oxide and a glassy ingredient. The member diffuses light efficiently in a wide range of wavelengths in a wide-angle manner.
