Provided is a vehicle stop control device for a vehicle capable of independently turning all wheels, the device being capable of increasing operability when hill-holding the vehicle, and reducing manufacturing cost by structure simplification. The vehicle stop control device is provided with: a regular time turn control unit (32a) that outputs to a turn device (4) a turn amount command value determined by a steering amount signal input from a steering input means (21) for inputting a steering angle of a wheel (1, 2); and a stop time turn control unit (32b) that detects a vehicle speed from a rotation angle signal output from a rotation angle sensor (10) and that, when the detected vehicle speed is not more than a threshold value and when an accelerator input value is not more than a threshold value, causes the turn device (4) for one or more wheels (1, 2) to turn toward a toe-in or toe-out side by more than the turn amount command value from the regular time turn control unit (32a) so as to hill-hold the vehicle. |
