PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid medicine composition for filling a capsule containing a ketotifen fumarate, wherein elution of the ketotifen fumarate continues for a long time. SOLUTION: The liquid medicine composition for filling a capsule is formed by dispersing into an oily liquid carrier, the ketotifen fumarate and 0.1-100 pts.wt. crospovidone per unit pt.wt. ketotifen fumarate.
