Disclosed is a crosswalk lighting device helping pedestrians crossing the crosswalk to be easily recognized by lighting from sidewalks to roads and using indirect lighting using a reflection unit to control not to directly reflect the light toward pedestrians. The present invention comprises: a first light emitting unit arranged to reflect light toward the upper side and protruding from the pole of streetlamps toward the road; a second light emitting unit arranged to reflect light toward the upper side and rotatably combined to one end of the first light emitting unit; and a reflection unit for indirectly lighting the road and sidewalks by reflecting the lights from the first and second light emitting units and arranged at the upper surface of the first light emitting unit. In this way, the present invention lights the roads and sidewalks, thereby securing the visibility of pedestrians. Also, the present invention enables drivers whose visibility is weak to easily recognize crosswalks even when they access the crosswalks at a high speed.
