The objective of the present invention is to improve light emitting efficiency of a light emitting material by coating a porous FTO on a glass substrate having a conductive FTO electrode. An electrochemical light emitting cell coated with a porous FTO comprises: first and second FTO glasses which have FTO electrodes formed on glasses and face each other; a spacer to space the first and second FTO glasses apart from each other; a porous FTO which is coated on the first and second FTO glasses; and a liquid light emitting material which is injected between the first and second FTO glasses, wherein the liquid light emitting material is a Ru-based metal compound. According to the present invention, a porous FTO layer is coated on a FTO glass which is used as a cathode electrode (or anode electrode) when forming an ECL cell including a pair of FTO glasses which have conductive FTO electrodes and face each other, thereby improving light emitting efficiency of the light emitting material filled in the ECL cell. |
