The present invention relates to a bio-sensor chip capable of simultaneously diagnosing and separating plasma inside whole blood, comprising: a base substrate (10); at least one upper plate (20) stacked on the top of the base substrate (10); spacers (32, 34) arranged between the base substrate (10) and the upper plate (20) in order to form a space (S) between the base substrate (10) and the upper plate (20); an electrode (40) arranged above at least one plate among the base substrate (10) and the upper plate (20); and a bio-material (50) immobilized above the electrode (40). According to the present invention, the bio-sensor chip is capable of separating plasma from blood by using a small amount of blood, and simultaneously, immediately diagnosing the same. Therefore, the bio-sensor chip has the advantage of simplifying a diagnostic procedure and reducing the time and costs.
