<p>An organic EL display of the present invention comprises: a display region with a plurality of pixels arranged having a light emitting device wherein a first electrode, an organic layer including a light emitting layer, and a second electrode are sequentially laminated from a substrate; a peripheral region provided on the outer side of the display region, and has a peripheral circuit; a first insulating layer of the lower side and a second insulating layer of the upper side which are provided to extend from the display region to the peripheral region; a first separating groove provided in the first insulating layer between the display region and the peripheral region; a first conductive layer provided in the first insulating layer of the peripheral region from the side of the first separating groove through the bottom portion; a sheath portion wherein at least a section of the second insulating layer is covered by the organic layer or the second electrode; and a sealing portion provided on the outer side of the sheath portion and formed by laminating the first conductive layer and the second electrode.</p> |
