A washing machine improving the rinse efficiency and a control method controlling method are provided to increase the rinse efficiency by making the discharged water after the rinse clear by reducing the flow of the water. A control method controlling method in order to improve the rinse efficiency comprises: a step of determining a final rinsing step(136); a step of stopping a motor in the supplying washing water, if it is the final rinsing step(138); and a step of rinsing by reducing the motor RPM to be under preset RPM(140). The water amount supplied for the final rinsing step is less than the amount for the previous rinsing step. |
