The present invention relates to a wheel body of a wheel of an electric vehicle comprising a rim body with a rim section for accommodating a tyre and a spoke section for supporting the tyre section on a bearing for rotatably supporting the rim body on a wheel axial, a motor accommodating body for accommodating an electric motor for driving the wheel, and the motor accommodating body comprises an outer accommodating section which runs around radially and has the purpose of accommodating and attaching an outer part of the electric motor, rotatable with respect to the wheel axial and a transmission section for transmitting, onto the spoke section, a torque which has the effect of driving the wheel onto the accommodating section, wherein the transmission section is connected to the spoke section of the rim body in a connecting region, and the motor accommodating body is spaced apart in the radial direction from the rim section in the region of the outer accommodating section. |
