The present invention relates to a slow release pharmaceutical composition containing eperisone as an active ingredient, the composition comprising: 50-90 wt% of an eperisone pharmaceutical composition having storage and PH stability; 1-20 wt% of hydroxyl propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) as a mothproof modifying agent; and 5-45 wt% of a mothproof modifying polymer.
