A portable terminal and an error notifying method in the same are provided to inform a user of the reason of the error which is generated during a video call. A controller receives a video call signal through a wireless communication unit(S10), connects the video call in response to the video call signal(S20), and then notifies a user that an output error is generated in a portable terminal(S40), in case the error is caused due to various reasons when outputting video data during the video call(S30). |
