The present invention relates to a high concentration functional water apparatus mounted on a water purifier capable of receiving drinking water discharged by the water purifier to convert the water into oxygen water or ionic water, comprising: a supply pipe (10) selectively connected to the water purifier (1) as necessary; an opening and closing device (20) guiding the drinking water quantitatively supplied from the supply pipe (10) to any one of a first treatment pipe (22) or a second treatment pipe (24); an electrolytic cell (30) generating ionic water by electrolyze the drinking water supplied from the first treatment pipe (22); and an oxygen tank (40) making drinking water supplied from the second treatment pipe (24) and oxygen gas supplied from an oxygen generator (42) be fine particles to increase the amount of dissolved oxygen. According to the present invention, customers can drink ionic water and oxygen water generated from the functional water apparatus in addition to drinking water supplied from the water purifier since the functional water apparatus is optionally connected to the water purifier, and thus customer satisfaction is maximized.
