The present invention relates to a crumb removing apparatus for grading a crisp material substrate. The apparatus is provided with a grading wheel on the crisp material substrate, an adhesive apparatus moveable along with one edge of the grading substrate, and a recycling and crumb peeling apparatus that takes away the crumbs from the adhesive apparatus. The invention is capable of effectively preventing crumbs spreading around when a crisp material substrate is graded. |
