[Problem] To provide a water-saving device in which the amount of regulated water discharge can be variably set in a simple matter while the amount is externally confirmed. [Solution] A water-saving device is provided with: a first cylindrical body (2) comprising a cylindrical body of a prescribed length, the first cylindrical body (2) being closed off by a closed wall at one end, open at the other end, and hollow in the interior; a second cylindrical body (10) of a prescribed length, the second cylindrical body (10) being open at one end with the opening serving as an insertion hole, having a penetration part through which the first cylindrical body is inserted, being open at the other end, and being hollow in the interior; and a water-saving plate (17) having a second water-passing hole. In this water-saving device, the water-saving plate (17) is positioned in the hollow hole of the second cylindrical body (10), the first cylindrical body (2) is inserted through the penetration hole of the second cylindrical body, the water-saving plate (17) and the closing wall surface of the first cylindrical body (2) face each other, a fixing tool (22) is inserted through first and second attachment holes, the first and second cylindrical bodies are rotatably fixed in place, and either one of the first and second cylindrical bodies is rotated, whereby the opening areas of the first and second water-passing holes are changed to adjust the water flow rate. |
