The objective of the present invention is to provide a business of an edible insect specialized buffet where various edible or medicinal insects are served in a buffet display stand for fried and ground types, or are served on various sashimi or tuna sashimi with various Korean/Chinese/Western/Japanese sauces such that customers can select and eat the insects with their preferred sauces. Also, the edible insect specialized buffet has a device to boil noodles such as udon, black bean-sauce noodles, spicy seafood noodle soup noodles, chopped noodles, and general noodles, or the like while checking the boiling time, along with spicy seafood noodle soups, black bean-sauces (with various ingredients), udon soups and other soups such that the customers can eat various served insect foods such as insect fries, roasted insects, insect pancakes, insect dumplings, seasoned insects with vegetables, insect salads, steamed insects, dried insects, smoked insects together with noodles after the customer directly boils the noodles to make black bean-sauce noodles, spicy seafood noodle soup noodles, udon, chopped noodles, or the like. Furthermore, the business can provide a service for taking-out or ordering/delivering foods in a buffet and also provide customers with easy accessibility by gathering small and medium or large scale affiliates as franchise businesses. |
