The present invention relates to a makeup puff and a method to manufacture the same. The makeup puff is molded to have areas which have different foaming degrees, and are made of different materials. The makeup puff includes: a first puff area formed by dividing the surface of the makeup puff; and a second puff area formed by dividing the surface of the makeup puff and joined with the first puff area. The first puff area and the second puff area form extended surfaces.
