A card dispenser according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a card transport unit that accommodates a card cartridge for card loading; a card withdrawing unit where the card that is withdrawn out of the card transport unit is received; and a bottom frame that surrounds lower surfaces of the card transport unit and the card withdrawing unit. The card transport unit includes a drive unit that provides power and performs a rotary motion; a finger close contact member that is connected to the drive unit and rotates in a direction corresponding to a rotation direction of the drive unit; a finger member that is hooked and coupled with the finger close contact member and transports the card loaded in the card cartridge to the card withdrawing unit; and a push member that guides the card transported from the card transport unit to the card withdrawing unit downward. A card dispenser according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a card transport unit that accommodates a card cartridge for card loading; a card withdrawing unit where the card that is withdrawn out of the card transport unit is received; and a bottom frame that surrounds lower surfaces of the card transport unit and the card withdrawing unit. A push member is disposed in the card transport unit so as to guide a direction of movement of the card transported from the card transport unit to the card withdrawing unit, and a card press-push member is disposed in the card withdrawing unit so as to withdraw the card loaded in the card withdrawing unit.
