<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing a hair loss treatment agent and cosmetic product using naturally occurring materials including leaves of Oriental arborvitae and Agarum cribrosum, and a hair loss treatment agent and a cosmetic product. The method for preparing a hair loss treatment agent and cosmetic product using naturally occurring materials including leaves of Oriental arborvitae and Agarum cribrosum, comprises the steps of: fermenting a first solution in which brown or white rice, yeast, microorganisms, and a mineral concentrate are mixed; mixing a second solution, in which herbal raw materials and microorganisms are mixed, with the first solution, followed by fermentation; heating, pressurizing, and hot-water extracting herbal raw materials; mixing the extracted hot water with the fermented first solution and the fermented second solution, followed by distillation; and filtering the distilled solution, and the herbal materials include leaves of Oriental arborvitae and Agarum cribrosum. According to the present invention, the hair loss treatment agent and the cosmetic product have no side effects and can exhibit an excellent hair loss treatment effect in a short time, and the cosmetic product together with the hair loss treatment agent can be manufactured.</p> |
