A gravity-type system for a Helicopter Underwater Escape Training module used to train personnel traveling to oil and gas installations/facilities via helicopter comprising a helicopter mockup welded in its center to a metal ring that is connected to an overhead hoist by means of a wire rope running through a pulley hooked to the lift pad of a beam trolley. The bouyancy tank located at the bottom of the helicopter mockup of the module makes it rotate or 'capsize' with the aid of a speciallu designed brake system operated by an operator.
