According to the present invention, a battery pack using a regenerative electricity generation comprises a battery pack module which is formed with a plurality of stacked battery cells; a cell selecting switch module connected to an individual battery cell in the battery pack module; a battery pack control unit connected to the cell selecting switch module; a regenerative electricity generation module for regenerative electricity generation; a voltage sensing unit which senses voltage from the regenerative electricity generation module; a delay circuit unit which delays power supplying time of power which is supplied from the regenerative electricity generation module to the battery pack module; and a voltage current controlling unit which controls the voltage and the current of power supplied to the battery module from the regenerative electricity generation module, thereby preventing shock power from being supplied to the battery pack when the regenerative electricity generation is made. Also, the power generated by the regenerative electricity generation is converted into stable constant voltage and stable constant current and then can supply the converted same to the battery pack. |
