The present invention relates to a structure of reducing an impact load of off street steam explosion and, more specifically, to a structure of reducing an impact load of off street steam explosion capable of absorbing and softening a shock wave since the shock wave generated by steam explosion reaction can be softened for the integrity of a common inner wall of an nuclear reactor and a concrete wall of a first inner wall.
