Disclosed are a method for providing an advertisement based on a moving route and a terminal and an advertisement providing apparatus for the same. An apparatus for providing an advertisement based on a route of a terminal includes: a route information acquisition part for acquiring moving route information generated on the ground of a route request signal of the terminal; an advertisement registration processing part for generating an advertisement registration list by comparing previously generated advertisement candidate information with valid reference information; and a route processing part which extracts matching advertisement information corresponding to each registered advertisement information included in the advertisement registration list, and generates combined route information including the matched advertisement information and then provides the combined route information.
