A radar apparatus and a computer readable recording medium with a recorded program is to detect an object to be detected with high definition. The radar apparatus for detecting the object within a scan range is configured to output a result of detection of the object by detecting the object within the scan range based on the reflected wave of the transmitted wave, to determine that the object below a certain speed value is a detection exclusive object, and to narrow the scan range not to detect the exclusive object when the result of the detection includes the detection exclusive object which is detected in the scan range within a predetermined time. |
