Provided is a cell culture testing device based on microfludic multi-well units, the device comprising a plurality of array structures of arranged microfludic multi-well units wherein the microfludic multi-well unit has an injection unit in which a first fluid is injected; a receiving unit for receiving a second fluid; a fine fluid channel in which the first fluid flows; and an air discharging unit which is allowed to easily inject the first fluid.
