Provided are an apparatus and a method for treating wastewater using a reverse osmosis membrane, which mix purified water filtered through the reverse osmosis membrane with part of condensed water that is not filtered and separated, emit the same to a storage tank, measure water quality of stored water in the storage tank, compare the same with a discharge reference value, and control a flux inputted to a mixing tank of the condensed water according to the difference, thereby increasing an amount of discharge water compared with the inputted waste water. |
