An accumulator (65) is configured to be provided with: a diaphragm (63) displaced by receiving a fuel pressure; an accumulator body (69) in which a chamber space is divided by the diaphragm to costitute a pressure regulation chamber (77) opened to a path side and back pressure chamber (67) allowing displacement of the diaphragm with the diaphragm interposed therebetween; a first biasing member (75) which biases the diaphragm to the pressure regulation chamber side; and release means (78) which, when the diaphragm is displaced by a predetermined value or more by receiving the fuel corresponding to the excess pressure in the pressure chamber to the outside of the pressure regulation chamber to the outside of the pressure regulation chamber.
