<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventional embedded lights have required a large amount of costs and time for replacement when damaged since embedded lights have been frequently damaged and required frequent replacement due to the thermal contraction of asphalt, etc. and since especially a large number of embedded lights are used in the case of the guidance of a line of sight, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A double structure is provided for a case structure to prevent damage of its inner container due to the thermal contraction of asphalt. Even in case that replacement is required, it is possible to easily replace only the inner container. By controlling light emission patterns of LEDs by a microcomputer, it is possible to solve the problems of various light emission patterns and light emission failure due to insufficient electric charge at adverse weather.
