<p>A cutter (10) prevents movement of a harness being cut. The cutter (10) includes: a first cylindrical member (25) and a second cylindrical member (26) whose axial ends (25c, 26c) face each other, with a predetermined distance therebetween, and sandwich the harness (12) in the axial direction; and a blade (30) accommodated in the first cylindrical member (25) to be slidable in the axial direction and including a cutting portion (31) on a front side and a pusher (32) on a back side. The first cylindrical member (25) includes a back side tapered portion (25d) and a front side tapered portion (25e) at which an inner diameter of the first cylindrical member (25) on an inner surface where the pusher (32) slides is gradually reduced from a back side to a front side.</p> |
