The present invention relates to a safety cover for a blind rope and a safety apparatus for the blind rope using the safety cover. The safety cover is configured to have a plurality of pipes which can be folded like an antenna and enables the blind rope to be inserted in the pipes to protect a neck from being caught by the blind rope. The safety apparatus for the blind rope includes a rope safety cover fixing unit (110) installed on the lower center of an upper right side end cap (100) and the safety cover (200, 200-1) for the blind rope which is inserted and fixed in the rope safety cover fixing unit (110). |
