The present invention relates to a resin composition and an optical film having reverse wavelength dispersion property, including the same. The resin composition in the present invention comprises copolymers including (A) 100 parts by weight of a unit induced from polycyclic aromatic based monomers including a vinyl group; (B) 100-600 parts by weight of a unit induced from styrene based monomers; (C) 100-600 parts by weight of a unit induced from acid anhydride based monomers; and (D) 150-1000 parts by weight of a unit induced from (meth)acrylate-based monomers.
