The present invention relates to a flexible substrate and a flexibility display device including the same. The flexible substrate, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a flexible base substrate; and a first protective layer formed on the base substrate, and including a substance whose coefficient of thermal expansion is lower than the base substrate. The flexible substrate is thinner and lighter than an existing flat type products made from glass, is resistant to impact, and is portable.
