The present invention relates to a remote system for detecting leakage in real time, the system comprising: leakage detection sensor nodes operating according to sensor operation modes and equipped on an underground pipe; and at least one network node setting a vision to a network time protocol (NTP) node through a global positioning system (GPS) and controlling the NTP node to synchronize the vision of the leakage detection sensor nodes when the leakage detection sensor nodes enter a specific sensor operation mode. Thus, by transmitting leakage data collected from the wireless sensor nodes installed in the pipe to a control center in real time, it is possible to check whether there is leakage in the pipes and the location of the leakage.
