A ceramic coating layer based on a polymer resin and ceramic powder is formed on the surface of a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, which a forsterite (Mg2Sio4) coating is removed from or formation thereof is suppressed on, and an insulation coating is formed on the ceramic coating layer. |
