The lens device 104 is coupled to the heat sink 112 by the male and female connectors 120,140, and where the solid state lighting device 106,108 is held in thermal contact with the heat sink 112 by the lens device 104 so at least some of the heat generated by solid state lighting device 106,108 is transferred to the heat sink 112 by conduction. |
