The present invention relates to an apparatus for providing factor elements influencing the outflowing water quality of a sewage treatment plant. The apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a data collection unit (100); a data processing unit (200); a data preparation unit (310); an outflowing water quality grouping unit (320); a discriminant function deriving unit (330); a decision tree application unit (400); and a process status factor element providing unit (500). The data processing unit divides the data collected by the data collection unit into sets by a predetermined length of time. The decision tree is formed by a decision tree algorithm for each of the grouped outflowing water quality.
