The present invention relates to a sliding apparatus of an invisible sliding door which includes a slider rail provided inside a vehicle body and connected to an inner portion of a door to slide the door with respect to the vehicle body; a drum rotatably provided at the slider rail and having a first winding portion and a second winding portion each formed of a plurality of winding grooves vertically symmetrical to each other formed on an outer peripheral surface; a pulley spaced apart from the drum to be rotatably provided at the slider rail; a wire holder located between the drum and the pulley and fixed to the vehicle body; a wire including a first wire having one end fixed to the first winding portion of the drum and the other end fixed to the wire holder after being laid on the pulley, and the second wire having one end fixed to the second winding portion of the drum and the other end fixed to the wire holder; and a driving means provided at the slider rail to rotate the drum.
