The present invention relates to a method for processing an X-ray image, capable of obtaining an intra oral image from a panorama image through an image processing apparatus, which includes the steps of: displaying an operation screen with the panorama image on a display unit; displaying at least one intra oral cell constituting a selected layout to be overlapped on the panorama image, when one among a plurality of previously stored intra oral layouts is selected; extracting and displaying the area of the panorama image which is designated by the intra oral cell; and storing the extracted area in a storage unit as the intra oral image. |
