A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: forming a first electrode on a substrate; forming an insulating layer on the first electrode; forming a pixel defining layer having the same height with the first electrode by etching the insulating layer to expose the first electrode; forming an organic layer including at least one light emitting layer on the first electrode in a sub-pixel region defined by the pixel defining layer by applying the laser-induced thermal imaging (LITI) method; and forming a second electrode on the organic layer.
