The present invention relates to a composite sheet which includes a matrix and a reinforcing material soaked in the matrix wherein the surficial energy at 25°C of at least one among the upper surface and the lower surface of the matrix is 24 dyne/cm or more, and the surface roughness (Ra) of the matrix is 410 nm or less, to a method for manufacturing the composite sheet, to a substrate for a display device comprising the same, and to a displaying apparatus comprising the same.
