The present invention relates to a power transfer device of a working vehicle and a working vehicle. The present invention comprises a transmission which transmits power of an engine and delivers the power to an odometer; a forward and backward converter which converts the power of the engine to power for forward driving or backward driving; a PTO shaft which extracts power for operation; an electric power unit for work, which delivers the engine power to the PTO shaft; a clutch unit for on-off in transferring the power sent from the engine to the PTO shaft; and a transmission case. The transmission case comprises a first accommodating space in which the transmission is accommodated; and a second accommodating space positioned at the rear of the first accommodating space and in which the forward and backward converter is accommodated. The clutch is accommodated in the first accommodating space.
